Same for Heroes

I had a game going 200+ turns, and thought I would check on how the AI factions were doing.  I was happy to see most of the AI Sovereigns were level 6 or so, until I noticed that all their stats were still the same as at the beginning.  Their hit-points are increasing, but they don't increase their stats.

I can provided a save game if needed.

Yea, I noticed and posted this awhile back...hope they fix it.

Heh, good find. Tbh, I never really looked at enemies stats, when my Draginol-like champions crushed them under their boots (and 6 amulets and 17 rings... hm... my champions probably look more like Mister T, come to think of it).

This problem occurs with AI Heroes as well.  That means the AI can only cast higher level spells with the sovereign, and spells that rely on INT will never be very powerful.  This really sucks the "magic" right out of the game.  I would think this would need to be rather high on the priority list.  Guess I'll either shelve it for now or start modding the magic system to allow the AI to use it with some effect...
