[eMOD] Gaelic Names Mod

This is a mod to create Gaelic names in Elemental. I tried to follow standard Gaelic letter frequencies when at all possible.

Installation:

1. You need to replace the Core name generation files to use this mod. Unzip the files to your Elemental directory: ..\Stardock Games\Elemental\data\English\ and choose "Yes" to overwrite the existing files.

2. When you start Elemental after installing the game will take longer to load as it needs to recompile the data files.

To uninstall:
Shift+right-click on Elemental in Impulse and choose Verify Installation, and then "update" elemental to restore core files to standard.
